Pizzone: The Largest Truly Portable Wood-Fired Oven
Included: the new Firenze Style front panel is included in the price.
Light enough to take anywhere, with room for 3-4 pizzas at once. Ideal for anyone who loves pizza and wants to cook roasts and desserts too.
This oven keeps everything you’ve loved about our earlier models, with a large cooking surface that fits 3-4 round pizzas at once.
Its design makes it easy to move, and it’s one of the lightest wood-fired ovens in its size class. It weighs just 139 lb with the refractory bricks installed and 86 lb without, so it’s easy to take on the road. It’s great for pizza, roasts, and desserts, burns only about 5.5 lb of wood per hour, and reaches cooking temperature within minutes of lighting.

Built for Performance
The front of the oven is made of refractory material, which improves efficiency and keeps the rustic look of traditional Italian ovens. It’s ideal for built-in installations in outdoor kitchens.
The rear chimney keeps heat inside the oven longer, which improves efficiency and lowers wood use. It’s also safer, because flames can’t travel up the chimney during normal use.
